      • Bad CatAt Bad Cat, we are laying the foundations of a bold and exciting future of tone. The natural evolution of our company and products builds on our knowledge and reputation in guitar amplification. By continuously seeking  innovation, we are inspired to design outstanding purpose-built products, allowing players to express themselves in their own, personal way. Naturally, all amps can be traced back to a handful of original designs- those pillars of tone we all hold sacred and true –  but at Bad Cat, we have no interest in offering another spin on the past.  We are constantly challenging ourselves to think differently, be creative, and broaden our horizons while always mindful of delivering extraordinary tone and unmatched customer service. Each Bad Cat amplifier is thoughtfully designed to be incredibly flexible without the need for fussy design and overcrowded control panels. This results in an amp which offers the player the shortest route and an  instant connection to tone, an amp that never gets in the way of creativity. When you experience a Bad Cat for the first time, you’ll notice clarity, tonal agility, dynamics, and balance. Players and artists choose our amps for our classic lines, dependability, playability, and most…

      • KHDKKHDK begins… It feels like a long time ago. We grew up taking odd jobs and saving money to buy gear. We grew up trading guitar pedals to try out as many as possible. We grew up loving music and sound – and through the years, this love remained. Nocturnal Beginnings In 2012, we found ourselves in Prague drinking too many of the world’s best beers and discussing tone. In the early hours of the morning, we decided it was a brilliant idea to breathe fresh air (with sulphuric notes of the underworld) into the world of guitar effects. “Let’s Build Some Crazy Shit!” Through a good friend and one of the best guitar techs out there, Jason Baskin, we found the future KHDK head engineer, Antonin Salva. Antonin is industry insiders’ tone wizard who has worked with greats like Billy Corgan. So we showed up on his doorstep and told him that we’re starting a pedal company and does he want to join? Getting him on board was easy – like us, he is a total gear nerd. But Not Everything Was That Easy The process involved parting ways with a manufacturer after they had already completed the first…

      • Origin EffectsABOUT ORIGIN EFFECTS Origin Effects was founded in 2012, but the story starts a few years earlier with a single home-made pedal. After playing through a pair of Urei 1176 studio compressors he was repairing, company founder Simon Keats set about designing a pedal that could produce the same impeccable sound, surpassing that of other stompbox compressors. The result would eventually become the Cali76, and the response that its first incarnation got from other musicians convinced Simon that there was a need for genuinely high-quality, studio-grade guitar pedals. This desire to make the best possible products has informed the complete Origin Effects lineup, from industry-leading compressors to ground breaking amp-inspired overdrive pedals. All share the same quality and attention to detail that has garnered artist endorsements, rave reviews, and fantastic feedback from the guitar-playing community. As our range and reputation has grown, so too has the Origin Effects team, with each member of staff united by a genuine enthusiasm for the products and for making music. From our factory in Buckingham, England we hand-build and listen test every single pedal we make. Each of our new designs is meticulously tested to meet the same high standards we started with, and…

      • RandallThe story of Randall starts with the history of its founder, Don Randall. Don Randall partnered with Leo Fender in 1946 to develop, market, and distribute Fender instruments and amplifiers. In 1953 he became president of Fender. Under his marketing genius, organizational expertise, and senior partnership with Leo Fender, Fender Sales grew steadily throughout the 1950s and thrived well into the 1960s on an international scale. Don Randall coined the names Esquire, Telecaster, Broadcaster, Stratocaster, Precision Bass, Twin Reverb, Bassman, and others. He also spoke for Fender in the 1964 negotiations that resulted in the company’s sale to CBS then subsequently became vice president and general manager of the Fender Musical Instrument and Fender Sales divisions of CBS until his departure from the company in 1969. Don Randall is forever rooted in American history as a pioneer in our industry and as one of the key contributors to the development of Rock music. In 1970, he founded Randall Amplifiers with a focus on the technology surrounding the use of solid-state circuits instead of vacuum tubes. Many of these early FET transistor circuits are still the benchmark for solid-state amps to this day. In 1990 Don Randall sold the brand to…

      • Rock N Roll RelicsRock N Roll Relics’ Billy knows a thing or two about what makes a killer guitar. Well he would, wouldn’t he? After growing up and learning his licks from the classic rock of the ‘70s, the San Francisco native ended up right there in the middle of the 1980s rock explosion that first lit up Hollywood’s Sunset Strip, then blew out the entire world’s speakers. Billy played rhythm and slide guitar in Jetboy, one of the pioneer acts of the incredible scene that spawned Guns N’ Roses and Poison. Jetboy were tight with all of them, and were equal darlings of the Hollywood scene. But there always has to be a hard luck tale in any rock’n’roll saga – and Jetboy was it. Bad timing and plain bad luck meant that despite major label albums, Jetboy never scaled the heights of their peers – but stadium rock’s loss is the guitar player’s gain. After decades as a touring musician and tech, Billy Rowe had shredded guitars and rebuilt them over and over. Recognizing that he had plenty to offer the world of guitar making, Billy launched Rock N Roll Relics in 2005, driven by a passion to hand-build nothing less…

That starts with providing an environment that attracts and retains our great team of engineers, product designers and craftsman, many of whom have been with the company for decades. It has also been a principle of our company to support our local community and our country. When it comes to components, we use the best for the job and source from the US whenever it meets our strict standards. Our products are labeled Made in the USA or Designed and Assembled in Santa Barbara. Made in the USA designates that the products are designed in Santa Barbara, California and manufactured in the USA with quality parts sourced in the United States and around the world. Designed and Assembled in Santa Barbara designates that the products are designed in Santa Barbara, just like the Made in USA product, with some of the manufacturing outside the United States, and final assembly and testing at our Santa Barbara factory. Regardless of which label is used, our passion and obsession for amazing sound, quality and reliability is reflected in every product we make.

      • Victory AmplificationOur Story Victory Amplifiers are born in England, where they are proudly designed and built by our committed team of engineers and craftspeople. We value simplicity in operation, flexibility in use and absolutely no compromise in tone. Our aim is simple: to create amplifiers that inspire you ever onwards in your playing and never let you down. Our head designer is Martin Kidd who is well known in British amplification circles. He heads up a modern-boutique approach to design and specification. We use meticulously hand-wired tag boards where we feel that method offers the biggest tonal benefits, alongside printed circuit boards where they make most sense. We never compromise on components, from caps and resistors, pots and switches, right through to our custom designed transformers. Victory Amps always deliver excellent value for money. That’s partly because they’re designed and built to sound great and be professionally roadworthy, but also because Victory does not use third-party distribution channels. We have our amps shipped directly from our manufacturing facility to dealers, which enables us to keep prices extremely competitive when compared with other boutique and custom builders. But don’t take our word for it – visit a Victory Dealer and let our…

      • GretschWith its emphasis on hand-craftsmanship and commitment to quality over a storied 135 years and counting, Gretsch has pioneered new designs and manufacturing techniques, winning endorsements from some of the music industry’s most respected artists, including Chet Atkins, Eddie Cochran, Billy Duffy, Bono, Duane Eddy, George Harrison, Brian Setzer, Stephen Stills and Malcolm Young. It all began in 1883, when 27-year-old Friedrich Gretsch, a German immigrant, founded his shop in Brooklyn, New York, and began to make banjos, drums and tambourines. Only 12 years later Friedrich died, leaving the fledgling company in the hands of his teenage son Fred. While it may be an unlikely start for a century-plus long musical legacy, young Fred wasn’t the typical teen. By 1916 he had built the company into one of America’s leading importers and manufacturers of musical instruments, and the operations moved into a 10-story building at 60 Broadway in Brooklyn. Fred knew that listening to what the public wanted was the key to growth, and the public wanted guitars. So, Gretsch began making guitars – initially offering acoustic archtops aimed at jazz musicians, and a handful of flat-tops for country-western performers. Meanwhile, 1935 marked an important year for the company —…

      • LarrivéeAbout Larrivée This is our song Today, we are a new generation of talented guitar makers – building instruments as extraordinary and unique as the people who craft them – and who play them. We are inspired by the passion and guided by the lifetime of experiences of our leader, Jean Larrivée, whose legendary craftsmanship still finds its way into every guitar that bears his name. Our guitars are built with only the finest solid woods available – no plys, laminates (layered), or synthetic woods are ever used in construction. We use FSC wood and engage in as much selective logging as possible. This means we like to be there, in the forest, personally taking part. Imagine, when we begin to create your instrument, we begin on the forest floor. Above all, our goal is ‘affordable luxury’ – we aim to put high-end guitars into the hands of all players. We don’t want to build the most guitars. We want to build the best.
