Description

Victory Amplification VC35 Copper Deluxe

Our much-loved VC35 The Copper, evolved with valve-driven spring reverb and tremolo.

We introduced the Compact Series VC35 The Copper in 2019 to critical acclaim. It was the first time Victory had entered four-EL84 territory for evocative, British-inspired, chiming pop and rock tones. The Heritage Series Deluxe version just had to follow…

Features

Plenty of Gain Options

Dial in chiming cleans through to heavy-gain rock sounds all from one knob. It’s very interactive with the tone controls, then balance to taste with the master volume.

Sculptable Low End

A rotary pot and bass cut switch give you control to dial in anything from skinny British ’60s jangle to full and fat, modern boutique tones.

Mids For Voicing

The mid boost switch along with the mid rotary control helps deliver rich, vocal lead tones. Try it with the bass cut and plenty of gain for classic rock soloing bliss.

Valve-Driven Spring Reverb

Considered to be a sonic step up from digital reverb for many. Dreamy ’verb here we come! Foot switchable on and off.

Tremolo

Achieve wonderfully evoctive pulses from slow and throbbing to fast and staccato rhythms. Foot switchable on and off.

Master Tone Cut

This global tone control works as it does in the classic Vox amps… except the trebly stuff is found clockwise. It’s great for that final high-end response tone tweak to your playing environment.

High & Low Power

35 watts in full power is great for punch and headroom; 12 watts low power gives less volume, more compression and a different harmonic and dynamic response, albeit still loud enough for gigs!

External Bias Test & Adjustment

When it’s time to change your EL84 output valves, you can test and adjust the bias for the replacement set of valves quickly and safely.VC35 runs cathode biased in low-power mode, and a mix of fixed and cathode bias in high power mode.

Series Effects Loop

If you’re running the VC35 gainy, your time-based effects – reverb and delay – will stay cleaner sounding here. Footswitchable on and off.

Victory V212-VB Vertical Speaker Cab

IDEAL FOR

A huge sounding, yet still compact rig when paired with VC35 The Copper

SPEAKER CHARACTERISTICS

One Celestion G12M Greenback and one Celestion G12H Anniversary speaker. The G12M is less sensitive/efficient (97dB) than the Anniversary (and also the H-75 Creamback), and uses a medium-magnet (35 ounce). The Greenback’s classic ‘woody’ bark partners well with the more forthright sounding heavy-magnet (50 ounce) Anniversary to offer a combination of sweetness and colour, but not at the expense of depth and clarity. It also gives you opportunity to mic either, or both speakers for a wide range of options. Expect plenty of ‘3D’, room-filling projection from front and back, ensuring great character at any volume.

It works perfectly with the VC35’s unique dynamic and feel.

Tech Spec

  • Impedance: 16-ohms

UK MADE CABINETS

Victory speaker cabinets are hand built in England using redwood pine for top and sides and quality Baltic birch ply for backs and baffles. Our speaker baffles are angled back by 2-3 degrees to help with projection towards you when you’re playing. They’re finished in black bronco vinyl (cream for the V112C and V212VC) with vintage black woven grille cloth to match aesthetically – and of course tonally – with our heads.

Why choose anything less for your Victory amplifier?
